Shipping Policy

• Most orders will ship in four business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
• We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by onestopEZshop.com and/or other parties as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Digital Products

• For any products are delivered electronically via the internet THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES GIVEN DUE TO BUYER′S REMORSE OR INABILITY TO PROPERLY USE THE PRODUCT. If you do not agree with this policy or you are not absolutely sure of your ability to use the product, DO NOT BUY IT!
• You are also entitled to make a single backup copy for your own archival purposes. We recommend that you create a backup copy on removable permanent media, such as a CD.

Non-digital Products
1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to support@onestopezshop.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause [2] below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause [3] will not apply in the following circumstances:

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
